- Will clips cut off mid-sentence?
- No. They start at the beginning of a sentence and end where the thought ends.
- Will I get forty clips to sort through?
- No. Five to ten per video, the strongest first.
- Will I run out of credits halfway?
- There are no credits. Your plan includes a number of videos a month, each up to an hour. A run that doesn't finish never counts.
- Any surprise charges?
- No. You see the price before you pay, with any sales tax shown at checkout. Cancel any time.
- Can I fix a name it hears wrong?
- Yes. Fix any word on a finished clip, and on Growth, teach it the names you use.
- Is support a bot?
- No. A person on our team reads and answers every message.

Does my full video leave my computer? +
Not with the desktop app. Your full recording stays on your computer. Only the audio and the short pieces needed for your clips are sent.
What if a video is longer than an hour? +
Each video up to an hour counts once. A 90-minute recording counts twice. You can also trim it before you start, so only the part you want is used.
What does the free plan include? +
One video of up to an hour each month, with captioned vertical clips you can review and download. Free clips carry a small ReelUse mark. No card needed.
Can I use a livestream? +
Yes, once it has finished and the replay is posted. Paste its link. If the stream dropped frames, use the original file in the desktop app instead for a clean picture.
Which languages work? +
More than 25, captioned in the language spoken. Some aren't covered yet, including Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Swahili and Zulu.
What if the recording is noisy? +
Choose Reduce background noise before you start, on any plan. Speech is cleaned up; your music and closing card are left as they are.
