What does free include?+
One talk of up to 60 minutes each month, with captioned vertical clips you can review and download. Free clips include a ReelUse mark. No card is required.
How are longer videos counted?+
Each talk covers up to 60 minutes. A 90-minute video uses two talks from your allowance. Your account shows what you have used and when your allowance resets.
Does the full video leave my computer?+
When you use the desktop app, the full recording stays on your computer. Audio is sent for transcription and finished clips are uploaded to your library. If your computer cannot render locally, the selected short video segments are processed in the cloud.
Which languages can I use?+
ReelUse supports more than 25 languages and captions in the language spoken. Coverage is not universal: Yoruba, Igbo, Hausa, Swahili, Zulu and Amharic are not currently supported. Afrikaans is supported. Check with us about your language before subscribing.
Can I use a livestream?+
Yes, once it has finished and its replay is available through a supported video link. Paste that link into ReelUse. You do not need a separate local recording. ReelUse works from the replay, not the live broadcast.
Will ReelUse post for me?+
You review and download your clips, then post them wherever you choose. ReelUse does not publish to your social accounts.
Can I correct the captions?+
Yes. Correct a word in a clip and ReelUse rebuilds that clip with the updated caption.
Do I need to set up my branding first?+
You can begin with the free plan and see the results. Full brand kit features are available on Growth and Pro.
