A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING
A gift.
No strings attached.
Will either of us be charged again?+
No. You pay once. The recipient doesn’t need a card to redeem the gift, and the gift does not renew automatically.
What if they already pay for ReelUse?+
The gift waits until their current plan ends, then starts automatically. They can redeem it using their existing account.
Does the gift code expire?+
The code doesn’t expire before redemption. Its three-, six- or twelve-month duration applies once the gift starts.
What happens when the gift ends?+
Their account moves to Free, and every clip they made stays in their Library.
Can I give it to someone who isn’t a church creator?+
Yes. ReelUse works with spoken videos such as podcasts, speeches, teaching and sermons. The same plans and tools apply.
Where do they redeem the code?+
They can enter it when creating an account, or redeem it from their billing page if they already use ReelUse.
