What do I get on Free?+
One talk each month, covering up to 60 minutes. You can review and download your captioned clips. Free clips carry the ReelUse mark and are stored for 30 days. No card required.
How does yearly billing work?+
You pay for the year upfront, at the price of ten monthly payments. Your talks still refresh each month. The yearly price shown above is the full annual charge, not a monthly instalment.
Can I change plans later?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, with the price difference prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your paid billing period.
What happens when I use all my talks?+
Your account shows when the allowance refreshes. Wait for that date or upgrade for more room. Existing clips remain subject to your plan’s storage window.
How do I cancel?+
Manage your subscription from your account’s billing area. Your paid plan continues until the end of the period you paid for, then moves to Free. Download clips you want to keep and check the storage terms before changing plans. Cancellation and refund policy
Will I pay in naira or dollars?+
Prices are shown in naira for Nigeria and US dollars elsewhere. Dollar payments are handled by Polar, with applicable taxes shown at checkout. Naira payments are handled by Paystack by card: naira prices include VAT, and Paystack adds its transaction fee at the payment step, where the total is shown before you confirm.
