What it is
On Pro, your whole media team can work in one shared workspace. Each person signs in as themselves, but everyone sees the same library, uses the same brand kit and draws from the same monthly talks.
A clip your weekend volunteer makes is there for the person posting on Monday. Only you, the owner, handle the plan and payments. Members never see payment details.
How to use it
- Go to Settings and scroll to the Team section.
- Type the person's address under Invite by email and press Send invite.
- They get an email with a Join button. The invite is good for 7 days.
- The seat list shows each person as Invited or Joined, with a Remove button on each.
- If you use Looks, pick the Look each person's talks start from in the menu on their row (Team default or a named Look).
Good to know
- Pro covers 10 people including you. Settings counts the 9 places for people you invite.
- A person can only be on one team, and someone with their own paid plan must cancel it or let it run out before joining.
- Clips made in the workspace stay in the workspace when someone leaves or is removed. Members leave with Leave this team in their own Settings.
