Team seats Pro
Pro includes 10 people including the owner, all working in one shared workspace. Everyone on it shares:
- the same library, so a clip made by your Sunday volunteer is there for the person scheduling posts on Monday,
- the same brand kit, so nobody has to remember the settings,
- the same monthly allowance of talks.
Billing stays with the owner alone. Team members never see payment details and cannot change the plan.
This is built for the real shape of a church media team: a rotation of volunteers where the person who records is rarely the person who posts, and where somebody leaves every so often and the account should not leave with them.
Inviting people
Settings, then the Team section. Enter an email address and send the invite. It is valid for 7 days. The seat list shows who has joined and who is still invited, and you can remove either.
Invites can be refused for reasons worth knowing in advance:
- All 10 places are taken, counting the owner.
- That address is already on your team, or is your own.
- That address already belongs to another ReelUse team. A person can only be on one.
- They have a paid plan of their own. They need to cancel it, or let it run out, before joining yours. This protects them from paying for something they are about to get for free.
- They run their own team, so cannot also join one.
Looks for your team Pro
A Look is a complete clip identity saved under one name: captions, colours, logo, handle, outro, overlay, colour grade and music. A team keeps one per campus, or one per service, so nobody has to rebuild the settings for their own night.
- Named Looks live in Branding on the Looks tab. Copy an existing one to start a new one, so you only change what is different.
- A default for each person. Every member sets which Look their own runs use, which is what keeps a multi-campus team consistent without a group chat about settings.
- A different Look for one talk. A member can pick another Look for a single talk from the Look chip. Their default is untouched.
- Nothing already made changes. A clip keeps the settings it was built with, so a Look that changes today never rewrites last month's clips.
What a member sees
The whole workspace: the shared library, the brand kit, the usage figures. Visiting the billing page shows a note that the owner manages it, rather than a payment form.
Work a member does counts against the shared monthly allowance, so it is worth agreeing who submits what if your allowance is tight in a busy season.
Leaving and removing
A member can leave from their own Settings. An owner can remove anyone from the seat list. Either way, the work stays: clips made in the workspace belong to the workspace, not to the person who pressed the button. A volunteer moving on does not take last year's clips with them.
Someone removed from a team keeps their own ReelUse account and drops back to their own plan.
Buying a gift
The gift page sells ReelUse for another church or creator. One payment, nothing renews, and no card is ever needed by the person receiving it.
- Choose the plan, Starter or Growth.
- Choose 3, 6 or 12 months. Twelve includes two months free.
- Enter your details. Optionally let us deliver it for you: give their email, a short note, and the day it should arrive.
- Pay. Your code appears on screen straight away and also arrives by email.
If you would rather hand it over yourself, skip the delivery details and you get the code to pass on however you like. The guides page has a printable card for exactly that.
Redeeming one
A gift code looks like REEL-XXXX-XXXX. There are two places to use it:
- on the sign-up form, if you do not have an account yet,
- on the Plan and billing page, if you do.
What happens next depends on where you are:
- On the Free plan: it starts immediately.
- Already paying: the gift waits its turn and starts automatically when your current plan ends. You are never charged twice over.
Codes do not expire until they are redeemed. Redeeming never asks for a card, and nothing renews afterwards.
When a gift runs out, the account moves to Free. Every clip made during it stays in the library and can still be downloaded, subject to the Free storage window, so download anything important in the last week.
