Caption styles

Pick from fifteen caption styles so your clips look made by you, not by a template.

What it is

Captions are the first thing people read when they scroll past your clip. ReelUse has fifteen caption styles, from the quiet Clean to a pill that rides along the line (Rider), words typing onto a bar (Typewriter), a lit glow (Neon) and dark words on a light card (Sticker).

Each style remembers its own settings, so you can try another style and come back without losing what you set. You can also choose None to get clips with no words on them.

How to use it

  1. Open Branding in the sidebar.
  2. Under Captions, find Caption style.
  3. Press a style to choose it. A short line under the buttons describes it.
  4. Check the result in Live preview · your last talk.
  5. Your choice saves on its own and applies to your next talk.

Good to know

  • Clips you already have keep the style they were made with. Use Run again on a talk to remake it with a new style. That uses a talk.
  • None (no words on the clip) is available on every plan.
  • Word Pop and Highlight Box show one word at a time, so the words-per-view setting does not apply to them.

Where to find it

Branding, then Captions, then Caption style.

Plans: Starter, Growth and Pro choose any style. Free clips use the default Karaoke style, or None.
