What it is
Beside your Branding settings is a live preview built from a real frame of your most recent talk. As you change caption style, color, size, logo or grade, the preview changes with you, so you judge your choices against your own stage and lighting instead of a blank screen.
You can also move the captions by hand. Drag them up or down on the preview, or click them and use the up and down arrow keys to move them one step at a time. The Vertical position slider follows along.
How to use it
- Open Branding.
- Look at the preview on the right, marked Live preview · your last talk.
- Change a setting and watch the preview update.
- Drag the captions up or down on the preview to place them, or click them and use the arrow keys.
- Changes save as you make them and apply to your next talk.
Good to know
- Captions can sit anywhere from 20% to 85% of the way down the frame. The edges are kept clear because the apps draw their own buttons there.
- Clips you already have keep the look they were made with. Use Run again on a talk to remake it with new branding.
- The desktop app's Branding has the same preview and you can drag the captions there too.

Plans: Everyone sees the preview. Moving the captions needs Starter or above. On a team, only the owner can change branding.
