Open any finished run to see its clips, strongest first. Download sits on every clip; everything else lives behind the ··· button.
What the labels mean
| Label | What it means |
|---|---|
| Matches your request | This clip covers the moment you described in the Moments note. |
| A kind, such as redefinition | The shape of the moment: a story that turns, a challenge, a passage explained. Useful when you want variety across a week of posts rather than five clips of the same sort. |
Downloading
Download saves the finished MP4, captions and branding already burned in, ready to upload anywhere. Clips come out 1080 by 1920.
Share a run for review
On a run with finished clips, choose Share, then Create a link. Anyone with that link can view the run title, date and finished clips without an account. Your transcript, account details and other runs are not included.
Stop sharing disables the link. Reset the link replaces it and disables the old one. Sharing a link does not post to social platforms.
Fixing a caption
Names, places and church-specific words are what transcription gets wrong. Choose Edit captions from the ··· menu and you get every word of that clip as an editable box.
- Correct the text and choose Save & re-render. Only that one clip is rebuilt.
- Timing is untouched. You are changing spelling, not moving anything, so the captions stay locked to the speech.
- This does not use one of your monthly talks.
Two things the editor may tell you first:
- This clip is older, so ReelUse will re-fetch the original footage before re-rendering. It takes a couple of minutes longer than usual. Harmless, just slower.
- This clip's source was cleaned up after the run finished, so corrections can't be re-rendered onto it. Running the talk again gives you a fresh set you can edit.
If a word is wrong every week, such as your pastor's name or your church's, fix it once for good in Words we say instead of correcting it clip by clip.
The post kit
Written for each clip while it was cut, so you are not staring at a blank caption box. Every block has its own Copy button, a character count, and a note about where it is meant to go.
| Block | Written for |
|---|---|
| The line | The hook, straight from the talk. |
| Title | YouTube, Shorts, Reels. |
| Post caption | Facebook, and YouTube descriptions. |
| Short caption | Instagram, TikTok, X. |
| Second angle | A different way in, when the first does not suit. |
| Scripture | References heard in this clip. |
Copy everything takes the lot in one go. Clips made before the post kit existed will show less, and running the talk again produces a full kit.
Music for one clip
Set music chooses a track for that clip alone and re-renders it, overriding whatever your brand music setting does. Handy when one clip is reflective and the rest of the set is not.
The list is your own uploaded tracks, plus No music. We do not supply a stock library: see Branding for adding tracks. This needs at least one track uploaded, and it is a Growth feature.
Telling us it missed
Good clip and Needs work in the ··· menu. If you choose Needs work you can say what was off: too short, too long, weak hook, starts mid-thought, ends abruptly, no payoff, and so on.
This is read by people and it shapes how clips get picked. It is the single most useful thing you can do to make your own future runs better, and it takes two seconds.
When a clip is not there
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Working on this clip now | Still rendering. It appears here when it is done; the page does not need refreshing. |
| This clip has passed your plan's storage window | The file was removed on schedule. Run again makes a fresh set from the transcript we kept. |
| This clip didn't render | Something failed for this one clip. Run again is the fix. |
| No clips from this talk | We listened to the whole thing and did not find moments that stand on their own. Better to say so than pad the set. A tighter trim sometimes helps. |
