What ReelUse cannot do
Written down deliberately. If one of these is a dealbreaker, better to know now, and telling us which one moves it up the list.

Five minutes is the floor for a good reason: a recording that short is already about the length of one clip, so there is nothing inside it for us to find.
We process the recording exactly as you give it. A dropped frame, a lower third, a countdown, a logo from the vision mixer: anything already in that file stays in your clips, because it was never captured anywhere else. Watch enough of the recording to know it is clean before you submit it. If your livestream dropped frames, clip from the original file on your computer with the Mac and Windows app instead, and the picture comes out clean.

How many clips a talk yields is not fixed and is not padded. A rich forty minute sermon gives more than a short talk, and a run that finds nothing worth posting says so.

Storage
Clips are kept for 30 days on Free, 90 on Starter, 365 on Growth, and for as long as the subscription is active on Pro. You are emailed a week before anything goes. Transcripts are kept regardless, so Run again can rebuild a set later. Full detail in Runs and your library.
