A video under 5 minutes is already about the length of one clip, so there's nothing in it to find.
ReelUse uses the video exactly as you give it. A dropped frame, a lower third, a countdown or a logo from the vision mixer stays in your clips, because it's in the video itself. Watch enough of the video to know it's clean before you add it. If your livestream dropped frames, clip the original file on your computer with the Mac and Windows app, and the picture comes out clean.

The number of clips from one video isn't fixed or padded. A rich 40-minute video gives more than a short one, and a run that finds nothing worth posting says so. On Free, a video makes up to 4 clips.

When a library is full, delete one you don't use to add another.
Support chat attachments
Up to 5 files with each message, 10 MB each. Images (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP), PDFs and plain text files.
Storage
Clips of an account that has paid, on any plan or through a gift, are kept with no end date, including after the plan ends. On a Free account that has never paid, clips are kept for 30 days, and you get an email a week before any are removed. The run stays in your Library, so Run again can make a fresh set later.
