What it is
Runs made in the app do not send an email when they finish. Instead, the app shows a notification on your computer, so you can work on something else and still hear when your clips are ready.
You will see Your clips are ready when a talk is done, This run needs another try if a talk could not finish, and Finishing your talk or Picking your talk back up when the app resumes a talk that was interrupted.
How to use it
- Start a talk in the app.
- The first time the app has something to tell you, your computer asks whether it may show notifications. Choose to allow them.
- Carry on with other work. A notification tells you when the clips are ready.
Good to know
- If you said no to notifications, you will not hear when a run finishes. You can turn them back on in your computer's notification settings.
- Keep the app open while a talk runs. The work is happening on your computer.
